16-20 bread slices
8 garlic cloves
4 tbsp cheese spread
1 tbsp fresh cream
5-6 green chillies
1/4 tbsp oregano
pinch of black pepper
grated pizza cheese for garnishing


  • Crush the cloves with little water and chopped green chillies.
  • Mix clove mixture, oregano, cheese spread, fresh cream, pepper in a mixer.
  • Apply this mixture on the slices evenly and sprinkle grated cheese.
  • Grill them for 3 to 4 minutes in a griller.

Garlic tomato sauce

garlic – 10-15 flakes
tomatoes – 2 medium size
red chilly powder – 4 Tbsp
cumin seeds – 1 Tsp
salt to taste


  • Cut the tomatoes.
  • Grind garlic flakes & cumin seed(jeera) together in grinder jar.
  • Add the tomatoes and grind again.
  • Finally add the red chilly powder & salt. grind them finely.
  • Hot spicy sauce is ready with benefits of garlic.
