How to peel and use graviola fruit (soursop) for graviola juice and soursop smoothie
First of all take a soursop and check whether its ready to be use or not.
For this if the graviola fruit is unripe then place it on your kitcchen top for 1-2 days depending on how unripe it is.
Then after 2 days take soursop and press it from every side. If it is very firm and you are able to press it from all sides then it is ready otherwise place it for 1-2 day more to get ripen completely.
After completely ripening, peel the skin of the fruit with hands. There will be no need of knife to peel it.
Open the fruit now and discard the indicated part from it. It should not be consumed.
After wards remove the seeds from the soursop as the seeds are poisonous. Make sure all the seeds are removed.
Now the fruit is ready to be use as you want like consume it in small portions or make the soursop juice, graviola juice of that small portion by blending with some water.

These small portions can be stored in the deep freezer for about 25 days and can be used accordingly.

A healthy soursop smoothie recipe
- 1/2 cup soursop pulp
- 1 cup milk
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 7-8 ice cubes
- 1/2 tsp pistachio for garnish
- Cut into half and scoop the pulp out of soursop and and remove the seeds.
- In a blender make a smoothie with all the above ingredients. Pour it in a serving glass and garnish with the pistachios and serve immediately.
