3 cups deseeded and chopped watermelon
3 tbsp low-fat milk
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/4 tsp black salt
- Blend the watermelon in a mixer till smooth.
- Transfer it into a deep bowl, add all the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour the watermelon mixture into a shallow aluminium container and cover it with an aluminium foil.
- Freeze it for approx. 10 to 12 hours or until it is firm.
- Remove it from the freezer and keep aside for 4 to 5 minutes.

Watermelon – 4 cups, cubed
Mint leaves – 8-10
Lemon juice – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – ½ tablespoon, optional
Roasted cumin powder – ½ teaspoon

- Chop the watermelon without rind into big chunks. Remove the seeds if any. Take the watermelon cubes into the blender.
